While I was in Newcastle last Friday, my pseudo big sister Astrid made this delicious meal of crumbed lamb cutlets with green beans and gravy and Madison and I made sweet potato mash to go with it. Tonight Madison and I tried to recreate it. It was really good, but my gravy needs work.
